Refund & Return Policy
All digital sales are final.
Refunds for Physical Goods:
Returns are not accepted for change of mind. However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (as per tracking information) to request a return.
For refund inquiries, email books@authormichelegilcrest.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Use the subject line "returns" and include your name, order number, reason for return, and photos of the faulty item. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, you may choose between a refund or a replacement. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return it first. Once the return is processed, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at books@authormichelegilcrest.com.
